Monte Lema Sa and its suppliers endeavour to provide the customer with the smoothest and most professional service possible in accordance with the state of the art. To this end, Monte Lema Sa utilises proven technology as well as proven specialists and suppliers (together: "Suppliers"), applying the necessary care. Nevertheless, Monte Lema Sa cannot guarantee the error-free or uninterrupted provision of services or rule out unlawful interference with the IT system or misuse by unauthorised persons and accepts no liability for any resulting damage. Liability for third-party services is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The customer uses its hardware (including printers), operating software and telecommunications equipment for the utilisation of services at its own risk and expense. The customer acknowledges that Monte Lema Sa and its suppliers/licensors are not obliged to support or maintain specific software or to support specific operating platforms or systems or to maintain their support in the future. Monte Lema Sa disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for damage to the customer's computer system resulting from use of the website or utilisation of services.
Tickets
The customer acknowledges that rights and obligations, in particular those arising from the ordering of tickets and/or the use of other services offered on the website, arise exclusively between the respective organiser and the customer. Tickets are checked electronically at the entrance to the event. We reserve the right to check the authorisation of the person presenting the ticket.
Tickets must be protected from moisture, dirt, mechanical or optical effects and other damage, etc. The QR code must be machine-readable. Damaged tickets will not be replaced.
Copying, altering or imitating tickets etc. is not permitted. Tickets manipulated in this or any other way are not valid.
The resale or trading of tickets at non-official prices is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased in this way lose their validity. In the event of such suspicion, the right is reserved to block the corresponding tickets and/or the customer account without any refund being made.
If the ticket is not confiscated upon entry, it must be kept until the end of the event and presented upon request. Any misuse of tickets is prohibited. The instructions of the event staff must be followed. In the event of non-compliance, the right to claim damages is reserved, in addition to the forfeiture of the right to participate.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Tickets remain valid if an event is postponed. In the event of changes to the programme or the cancellation of individual athletes or attractions, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the event is cancelled, a partial refund of a maximum of 80% is guaranteed.
